Ruth Weber is a strategic leader and innovator with a robust background in human resources, having dedicated nine years to developing and executing talent strategies. Previously, Ruth held various director-level roles at Fidelity Investments, where they led teams and initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Ruth served as Executive Director for the Young Audiences of Massachusetts, managing a $1M budget and establishing key partnerships to broaden the organization's impact. Ruth is currently pursuing an HR management certificate at eCornell and is interested in transitioning into a strategic HR or business partner role. In their personal time, Ruth enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and kayaking.
