With a background that spans over two decades, Ryan has held pivotal roles at various organizations, including EBSCO Information Services, where they advanced as the Director of User Experience Design and built high-impact UX teams. Their expertise encompasses user experience design, interaction design, and design leadership, consistently advocating for human-centered methodologies. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics and Fine Art from Syracuse University, which laid the foundation for their visual communication skills and passion for design.
