Ryan Shuman

Ryan Shuman is currently the Head of Shared Services for WI Client and Participant Servicing at Fidelity Investments, where they lead various shared services teams focusing on client and participant servicing. Previously, Ryan served as the Head of HR Strategy and Planning, Head of Health Care Strategy, and Director of Fidelity Business Consulting at Fidelity, overseeing significant strategy and analytics initiatives. Ryan also held leadership roles at MAXIMUS and Beacon Analytics, and managed consulting projects for public sector clients as President of R. Henry. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
