Sally Madsen

Sally Madsen is the VP of Design Strategy at Fidelity, where they lead teams to create innovative financial products focused on underserved communities. Formerly a Senior Design Lead at IDEO, Sally spent over a decade driving social impact through design in various sectors, including education and energy. As a co-founder of Cosmos Ignite Innovations, they developed solar lighting solutions for developing countries, significantly reducing reliance on kerosene. Sally is also a Climatebase Fellow and a member of Chief, highlighting their commitment to inclusivity and climate action.
