Sam Moser is currently the Head of Associate Labs at Fidelity Investments, where they explore challenges related to the future of work and design innovative associate and customer experiences. Previously, they served as SVP Head of Enterprise Design Strategy and Experience at Fidelity Investments from 2021 to 2023 and as Managing Director at Wolff Olins from 2007 to 2014. Sam also held various roles at Wolff Olins earlier in their career, including Designer/Design Director and Strategy Director, and worked as Managing Partner at BBMG from 2017 to 2021. They hold a BA in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, earned from 1992 to 1995, and currently volunteer as a Brand Advisor for Water.org since 2025.
