Sarah Pendlebury

Sarah Pendlebury is the Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, where they serve as an HR Business Partner for the Fixed Income and Quantitative Research & Investments divisions. Previously, they held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources for both Enterprise Services and Asset Management at Fidelity. Sarah started their career at Philips as a Recruitment Coordinator and Analyst. They earned a BA in Government and Philosophy from Smith College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
