Sarah Spak

Sarah Spak is currently the Head of Engagement and Change Management Strategy, where they lead an enterprise-wide Change Management effort on the HR/payroll platform team. With a diverse background in change management, communications, and event management, they previously held positions such as Senior Event Manager and VP of Organizational Change Management at Fidelity Investments. Sarah established an Organizational Change Management Center of Excellence and developed strategies for enterprise-wide HR programs, helping over 50,000 associates adapt to significant changes. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
