Seán González is a Business Agility Consultant and Enterprise Lean/Agile Coach with extensive experience in both the computer software and non-profit social services sectors. Since 2014, Seán has been self-employed as a Lean/Agile Coach, training business owners and staff to optimize operations using agile methodologies. Currently, Seán is an Enterprise Lean/Agile Coach at Fidelity Investments, where a significant shift in mindset around Lean/Agile practices has been achieved in a previously resistant cybersecurity operations team. Seán also serves as the CEO of the Kurukulla Center, leading various organizational aspects for a non-profit with a fluctuating workforce. Seán holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Clark University.
