Sharon Botwinik, PMP, CSM, LSS, is a results-driven executive currently serving as the Director of Program Management for the FinTech Launch Pad at Fidelity Investments' Fidelity Center for Applied Technology (FCAT). They have a proven track record of delivering significant technical and operational improvements in financial and technology firms, engaging cross-enterprise initiatives, and driving organizational change. With certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Sharon has facilitated Agile transitions and implemented strategic solutions to enhance performance and compliance throughout their career. Their extensive experience includes key roles at Citizens Bank, Fidelity Investments, and State Street, where they managed critical projects and garnered multiple awards for exceptional performance.
