Slade Armstrong

Slade Armstrong has extensive experience in financial services and operations management, with a notable career spanning over two decades. At Neiman Marcus (1997-2000), Slade served as Senior Lead Credit Analyst, overseeing credit systems and auditing VIP sales loan decisions. Subsequent roles included Accounts Receivable Manager, managing $500 million in receivables and handling customer disputes, and Supervisor of Credit Services, where Slade trained and developed call center staff. At Penson Financial Services (2005-2012), Slade was the International Operations Director, focusing on process improvements and treasury management. Slade continued to excel at Fidelity Investments (2015-2016) as Director of Holding & Trades Data Services and Global Data Services, managing data for internal stakeholders across multiple global locations.
