Som Ruge

Som Ruge is currently the Director of SoSM at Fidelity Investments, where they coordinate project activities, manage risk, and ensure timely project delivery. Previously, they held roles such as Sr. Scrum Master/RTE at FEI Systems and Project Delivery Manager at Ciber Global, showcasing their expertise in software development and project management. Som holds a degree from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, completed in 2021. They are skilled in Agile methodologies and proficient with a variety of project management tools and techniques.
