Sonya Pearson

Sonya Pearson is a PMP certified Project Manager currently serving as the Director of IT Program Management at Fidelity Investments. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and financial services industries, Sonya has successfully managed project and program management initiatives, specializing in HR Payroll, pharmaceutical systems, and Agile methodologies. Previously, Sonya held various roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where they led cross-functional teams and developed training programs to enhance regulatory compliance. Sonya is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University.
