Spencer Wade

Spencer Wade is the Vice President at Fidelity Investments, where they lead the Equity Valuation Services within Fidelity Workplace Consulting, focusing on strategic design services for long-term incentive programs and employee benefit plans. With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Actuarial Science from the University of North Texas, Spencer has developed a strong expertise in actuarial practices and equity valuation. Prior to their current role, Spencer owned Wade in the Water, a swimming pool service business, from 2008 to 2010.
