Stephan Richter

Stephan Richter is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as Senior Vice President of Private Market Technology at Fidelity Investments, where leadership of engineering efforts for Fidelity Private Shares is undertaken. With a robust background as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Shoobx, Inc., Stephan led the company from its inception to its exit. Prior roles include Co-Founder, VP of Engineering, and Chief Information Security Officer at CipherHealth, where the initial product offering was developed and executed. Additional experience encompasses various roles in software consulting and development, including contributions to Open Source software and the implementation of innovative projects across multiple organizations. Stephan holds a Master's degree in Physics from Tufts University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Physics from Christian Brothers University.
