Stephanie Segars is a seasoned HR executive with over 20 years of experience in driving organizational performance and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, they develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, Stephanie held leadership roles at AMD, Qualcomm, and other companies where they managed extensive HR functions and led significant initiatives in workforce planning and talent development. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Diego.
