Stephenie Gloden is a seasoned technology and digital transformation leader currently serving as the Product Area Leader for Core Brokerage Platform Technology Modernization at Fidelity Investments. With a diverse background including roles as Vice President of Fidelity Consulting Agile Practice and SVP of Enterprise Agile Enablement, they have a proven track record in promoting innovation through digital strategies and agile methodologies. Stephenie co-founded the RedFlint Experience Center and has also held leadership positions in various organizations, driving collaborative cultures and process improvements. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Management from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, where they are also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
