Steve Moura

Steve Moura is an experienced professional in employee relations and security management with a tenure at Fidelity Investments beginning in June 2003. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations and previously as the Security Director for the Southeast and Midwest regions, Steve has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, including Director for the Central U.S. and Senior Manager in Global Security Operations. Extensive expertise in threat management, workplace violence, and crisis management has been demonstrated, particularly as a workplace violence coordinator from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, Steve served as a Military Police Officer and Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern New Hampshire University, with current studies as an MBA candidate at Northern Kentucky University.
