Steve Schmaus is currently the Agile Coach Chapter Lead at Fidelity Investments, where they focus on facilitating Agile practices across multiple teams. Steve also held roles as a Senior Project Manager at AT&T and a Principal Enterprise Project Manager at BCBSNC, where they were responsible for overseeing significant projects. They are pursuing a BS in Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
