Steven Bennett

Steven Bennett is currently the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Fixed Income at Fidelity Investments, where they leverage their extensive background in financial services, business, corporate, and bankruptcy law. Previously, they served as Vice President and Senior Counsel at State Street from 2008 to 2019, leading complex legal negotiations and advising senior management on servicing issues. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2008, they practiced as Counsel at WilmerHale, focusing on bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial transactions. Steven earned a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan.
