Suzanne Knight

Suzanne Knight is currently the Director, Client Services Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they lead teams, implement solutions, and focus on enhancing client satisfaction. With extensive experience at Fidelity from 1997 to the present, Suzanne has held various roles including Senior Project Analyst and Benefits Manager, where they demonstrated strong operational expertise and client-focused strategies. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Town of Groton, MA, overseeing employee benefits and personnel matters. Suzanne holds a BSBA in Accounting from Worcester State University and is pursuing an MBA at Nichols College. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in a certificate program, "Women on the Rise," at Kahilla.
