Tamara Hubbard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design, technology integration, and event management. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Architect and Designer at Fidelity Investments, Tamara specializes in creating engaging learning solutions and fostering a collaborative remote work culture. Previous roles include Instructional Technology Leader at Virginia Public Schools, Special Events Coordinator at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and several roles in education and training. Tamara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University, and a Post-Baccalaureate in Teacher Licensure from the University of Richmond.
