Ted Madden

Ted Madden is the Head of Investor Services at Fidelity Investments, where they lead a team of approximately 275 professionals providing a range of workplace benefit solutions including retirement and health offerings. Prior to their current role, Ted held various leadership positions at Fidelity, including SVP of Sales and Regional Vice President, and has extensive experience in sales and relationship management. Ted began their career as an Assistant District Attorney before becoming an associate at Rich May, P.C., and their education includes a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in History from the University of Vermont. Throughout their career, Ted has focused on creating inclusive teams and fostering a culture of excellence and fun at work.
