Tim Lycurgus

Tim Lycurgus is a Senior Data Scientist and Statistician currently working at Fidelity Investments, focusing on statistical and causal inference. They are a post-doctoral fellow at the d3center at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan, collaborating with Dr. Daniel Almirall. Tim received their PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan, where they developed methodologies to enhance the power of causal detection in randomized trials and observational studies. With a foundational background in Statistics and Mathematics-Economics from Brown University, their research interests center on causal inference in healthcare and social sciences, particularly in detecting small effect sizes.
