Tim Walker is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in quality and customer experience roles. Since 2001, Walker has served as Vice President at Fidelity Investments, leading a team dedicated to enhancing institutional client experiences through data analysis and performance measurement. Prior to this, Walker was the Corporate Training Director at Medical & Technical Research Associates, overseeing training programs for a large workforce. Walker began their career as a Project Manager and Performance Consultant at The Interlock Group, focusing on training systems to improve organizational performance.
