Tom Coogan

Vice President, Leader of Customer Foresight & Innovation

Tom Coogan has extensive experience in consumer strategy, marketing, and analytics, having held multiple leadership roles at Fidelity Investments from December 2011 to December 2013, including Director of Consumer Strategy & Segment Marketing and Vice President of Customer Knowledge & Strategic Insights. Coogan served as an Adjunct Professor at Boston University from September 2014 to December 2019, where a case-based strategy and design course was co-created and taught. Prior to that, roles included Engagement Manager at Opera Solutions from August 2005 to October 2009 and a foundational position at Biometrics, Inc. from January 1998 to June 2003, contributing to innovative developments in biometric technology. Coogan holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Dartmouth College.
