Tom Lefave

Tom LeFave has extensive experience in technology and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise HR Strategic Platforms Technology and Vice President of Enterprise HR Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Technology at Fidelity Investments from January 2019 to April 2024. Prior to this, Tom LeFave held the position of Director of IT Product Management and Information Security Officer. Tom's early career began at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Technical Intern, where responsibilities included managing customer service requests and ensuring client satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University.
