Tommy Downer

Tommy Downer is a Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments, where they have over nine years of operational management experience. They have been with Fidelity since 2002, focusing on enhancing team performance and streamlining organizational operations. In addition to their corporate role, Tommy has served in the United States Army Reserve since 1999, where they hold the rank of Warrant Officer and have completed various leadership courses. Prior to their current positions, Tommy worked as a Corrections Officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and as a Facility Maintenance Engineer trainee at JLL. They studied Kinesiology at The University of Texas at Arlington and Sam Houston State University.
