Tommy Lowack is the Senior Vice President and Head of Employee Relations at Fidelity Investments, where they have built a 28+ year career dedicated to Human Resources with a significant focus on Employee Relations. They have held various HR leadership roles at Fidelity, including HR Director and Vice President of Employee Relations, and previously worked as an HR Manager at both Best Buy and Zale Corporation. Tommy earned a BBA in Economics & Management from Midwestern State University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas.
