Tony Jeffreys is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Fidelity Investments since March 2022, Jeffreys also founded and presides over The Way Forward, LLC, an Executive Management Services firm that specializes in advising clients on diversity strategies and talent development. Prior roles include Chairman of 100 Black Men of America and Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion Solutions at Headway Workforce Solutions. Jeffreys contributed to the launch of the Pipeline NC talent management platform while at Futures Inc., establishing vital connections with Historically Black Colleges and Universities to enhance organizational diversity. Academic qualifications include an MBA/MHA in Business and Health Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Springfield College.
