Tonya Douglas

Tonya Douglas is the Head of Client and Participant Services at Workplace Investing, drawing on extensive experience within Fidelity Investments, where they held numerous leadership roles, including Vice President of Client Management and Implementation Program Lead. Their career at Fidelity spanned from 1991 to 2022, during which they focused on operational excellence and client relationship management. Prior to Fidelity, Tonya worked as a Benefits Analyst and Operations Manager at SEI from 1988 to 1989.
