Trish Costelloe

Trish Costelloe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and customer success across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering and Chapter Leader at Fidelity Investments since May 2025, Trish previously held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Retail inMotion, overseeing global customer success operations. Trish's previous roles include Head of Service Retail at Bank of Ireland, Director of Quality Operations at Oneview Healthcare, and Head of Quality Assurance at Rockall Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery, customer support transformation, and quality management. Trish has a strong background in test management at AIB, contributing to significant digital transformation projects. Trish holds multiple degrees, including a BA in Economics from University College Dublin and an MSc in Information Technology for Strategic Management from the University of Staffordshire, alongside a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute.
