Vinay Athreya is an agile leader with over 18 years of experience in IT operations, currently ensuring the stability and availability of Fidelity’s critical services. They have held significant roles at major companies, including Director of ITSM Operations at Fidelity Investments and various leadership positions at Visa, where they led teams in IT operations and managed complex transitions. Vinay started their career at Dell as a Technical Support Expert and has also worked at Microsoft and IBM, where they contributed to enhancing customer support and infrastructure management. Vinay earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
