They have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and technical writing standards, having designed and developed diverse content for eLearning courses, web-based training, and facilitator guides. Prior to their current role at Fidelity Investments, Vivek contributed to various companies, including The Himalaya Drug Company and Origin Learning, where they collaborated with subject matter experts to create effective training programs. Vivek holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Vivekananda Institute of Technology and has pursued additional education in web development and Java at NIIT.
