Will Reed

Will Reed is a seasoned design leader currently heading the FCAT Design Team, focusing on human-centered approaches to emerging technologies and ideas. Previously, they served as a Senior Vice President and Head of User Experience Design at Fidelity Investments, where they directed user experience across various business sectors. Reed began their career as an Educational Technologist with the Massachusetts Educational Computer Network & MA Department of Education, contributing to significant advancements in educational technology. Their academic background includes a BA in History from Princeton University and an MA from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
