William Noonan

William Noonan is currently the Chief Security Officer for Group Services LLC, where they lead a team of security professionals focusing on various security domains, including Physical Security and Cybersecurity. They provide critical guidance to senior leaders in protecting executives and corporations. Previously, they served as the Head of the Information Security Office for Fidelity's Enterprise Cybersecurity Domain, overseeing information security programs and risk management. With over 25 years as a Special Agent in the U.S. Secret Service, Noonan has extensive experience in threat analysis, crisis intervention, and international security. They are pursuing graduate studies in Criminal Justice and hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business/Corporate Communications and Communication and Media Studies from Truman State University.
