William Roche has extensive experience in talent management, currently serving as the Director of the Talent Management Center of Excellence at Fidelity Investments since November 1999. Prior to this role, William worked as an Individual and Vocational Therapist at Newport Community Mental Health Center from June 1995 to June 1998. William earned a Bachelor of Social Work from SUNY Brockport between 1991 and 1995 and later obtained a Master of Social Work with a focus on Clinical Therapy and Group Dynamics from Boston University from 1998 to 2000.
