Yeonsuk Cho, PhD., MBA, is a Principal UX Researcher and Strategist at Fidelity Investments, where they currently lead efforts in UX research and strategy within the digital workplace. Previously, they served as an Assessment Specialist at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and Ballard & Tighe, Publishers, where they contributed to significant advancements in language assessments for the US Department of Defense and K-12 education. In roles at ETS, they excelled as a Senior Research Scientist, driving innovations in English language learning and assessment, including the development of automated scoring systems and international product branding campaigns. Yeonsuk is currently pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a PhD in Educational Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
