Zoe Genden

Zoe Genden is a Senior Associate on the Fidelity Workplace Consulting team based in London, England, where they assist organizations in implementing scalable workplace solutions. As Regional Co-Lead of Fidelity’s Women's Leadership Group, Zoe is dedicated to fostering inclusive leadership and empowering women. Previously, they worked on the Counterparty Research and Analytics team, developing processes and analytics for managing counterparty risk. Zoe graduated with highest honors from Wesleyan University, earning degrees in Psychology and Government, and also studied at the University of Cambridge, focusing on global governance and policy.
