Zuoran

Zuoran Ma is an experienced IT Product Manager with over a decade of success in driving digital transformation within enterprise platforms. Previously, Zuoran held multiple roles at Fidelity Investments, including Squad Leader and Senior System Analyst, where they led user experience redesigns and facilitated agile practices across teams. Zuoran also contributed to various initiatives as Chair of the Project Committee for Women in Information Technology and gained valuable experience through internships and volunteer work. They earned a B.S. in Information Technology and Management and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Syracuse University. Currently, Zuoran focuses on building high-performing teams and delivering impactful products that enhance customer experiences.
