Prateeksha Dube

Prateeksha Dube is a Level 3 Support Engineer at Fidelus Technologies since May 2018, specializing in unified communication and providing technical support for Cisco UC platforms. With a focus on incident, change, and problem management, Prateeksha has effectively collaborated with global customers and worked alongside level 1 and level 2 engineers to optimize workflows and maintain documentation. Prior experience includes an internship at Philips Healthcare India, where Prateeksha conducted site surveys and managed the installation of medical electronic equipment in hospitals. Prateeksha holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Technical Diploma from Thakur Polytechnic.
