Robert Johns

Robert Johns is currently the Director of Solution Architecture at Fidelus Technologies, where Robert utilizes artificial intelligence for IT and business process automation. Prior to this role, Robert worked as an Enterprise Architect at arago GmbH and as a Business Consultant/Solution Architect at HP Solution Consulting Services. With a strong background in CRM technology and software development, Robert has also held positions at CVP, Avaya, and Lucent Technologies. Robert holds a MS in Telecommunications & Network Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of St.Gallen, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
