Robert Johns

Robert Johns is currently the Director of Solutions Architecture at Fidelus Technologies. Robert has been in this role since March of 2020. Prior to that, they were with arago GmbH for just over 4 years, from October 2015 to March 2020. Robert's title there was Enterprise Architect - Artificial Intelligence Solutions. In this role, they helped enterprises recapture business value by utilizing artificial intelligence for IT and business process automation.

Some of their key responsibilities included partnering with clients throughout engagement pre-sales and delivery phases to transform IT and Network Operations with AI-driven automation, helping clients envision the role of AI in their future operating environment and understand organizational and financial benefits, and designing AI transformation road maps to identify, scope and ensure alignment of AI change initiatives with existing technology, process and organizational factors.

In addition, they produced detailed business case and ROI models using client operations performance data to quantify the benefits of AI investments, specified functional and technical architectures to realize client AI Operations objectives, and produced detailed process, data and integration designs to document functional and technical requirements. Robert also led stakeholder workshops to discover business and architectural requirements, analyze design alternatives and agree on technical solutions.

Robert Johns has a MS in Telecommunications & Network Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from the University of St.Gallen, and a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.

They are on a team with Josh Reinmann - CTO, Carolyn Shea - Adoption & Evolution Team Lead, and Thorsten Buescher - Head, Service Delivery. Robert Johns reports to Ron Rosansky, President & CEO.
