“Fidem Legal” is an international law firm based in Istanbul. The term “Fidem” consisting our name is the Latin term, which means “faith” in English. This term is derived from “bona fides” principle, which has been one of the fundamental principles of law since Roman Law and means good faith. As to our policy,  It is to make our good-faith efforts according to “bona fides” principle in a quick and effective way to maximize our clients’ satisfaction. In other words, our name “Fidem Legal” represents our policy.

Our firm provides legal services in wide practice areas, especially Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, E-commerce Law, Labor and Social Security Law, Real Estate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.
