Florian Hofmann

Florian Hofmann is an experienced product leader with a diverse background in product management and development. Currently, Florian serves as Head of Product at Fides since December 2021. Previously, Florian was the CEO of Navemos from April 2020 to September 2022, where the focus was on enhancing the sailing experience through various platforms. Other notable roles include Freelance Product Owner positions at Gries Deco Company GmbH and Thalia Digital Retail Solutions, where Florian worked on system transitions, feature implementations, and app personalisation. Florian has also held leadership positions, such as Head of Product at Germanedge and Senior Product Manager at Shore GmbH, driving strategy for SaaS products and leading international teams. Florian co-founded TablonautiX, focusing on business intelligence platform development, and began a career at Cubeware GmbH as a software developer, where foundational skills in quality assurance and programming were established.
