Konstantin Grouzdev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tech and consulting sectors. Currently a Founding Member at Arkan, Konstantin focuses on AI solutions for businesses. As a Founding Member of Cardashift, efforts are directed towards creating a community-governed ecosystem of decentralized financial products on the Cardano Blockchain. Serving as CEO of SmartChain, responsibilities include strategic planning, human resources, and partnership development. Previously, Konstantin co-founded SmartNode, a staking service provider, and held leadership roles at Webpublication Russia, where significant clients included major companies and events. Earlier experience includes consulting for IBM and Capgemini, as well as project management at Bouygues Telecom. Konstantin holds a Specialized Master in Management of Information Systems from HEC Paris and a Master’s degree from ECE.
