Ryan Denny

Ryan Denny is a highly experienced architectural professional with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Professor at the FIDM/Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising since 2006, Ryan has also held significant roles in various architectural firms. Prior to academia, Ryan worked as a Project Coordinator at Anshen + Allen from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the design and construction of the Laguna Honda Hospital. Ryan then joined KMD Architects in 2007, where the role expanded to Director of Construction Contract Administration and Senior Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Designer at BraytonHughes Design Studios, where involvement in high-profile projects like the US Embassy in Berlin occurred, and as a Project Manager at Fisher Friedman Associates, focusing on diverse project types, including award-winning residential designs. Educationally, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University, complemented by a minor in Fine Arts.
