Marco Cotrufo

Marco Cotrufo has a diverse work experience in software engineering and project management roles. Marco currently works as a Software Engineer at Fido since 2021. Previously, they served as a Technical Project Manager at ORS GROUP from December 2019 to October 2021, where they were responsible for designing DevOps solutions, cloud architectures, and software solutions based on the ELK stack. Before that, Marco worked at Amaris as a Software Architect, Scrum Master, and Senior Consultant from April 2019 to November 2019, and as a Software Engineer and Expert Consultant from December 2015 to March 2019. Marco also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Wolters Kluwer from January 2015 to November 2015, focusing on the development and maintenance of Kleos software and the iOS version. Prior to that, Marco worked at KnowK S.r.l., where they served as a Lead Software Architect from October 2012 to January 2015, leading a team in designing and implementing a cloud and software architecture for the "Portale KK" platform. Marco also worked as a Senior Software Developer from September 2009 to January 2015, involved in the analysis, design, and development of web and multi-tier applications using .NET, Java, and Python frameworks. Marco's work experience started in 2004 as a Web Developer at Gruppo Bernini.

Marco Cotrufo attended Università degli Studi di Bari from 2005 to 2008 where they studied Informatica e Tecnologie per la Produzione del Software. Prior to that, they completed their Perito tecnico-commerciale informatico degree from ITC Toniolo between 1999 and 2004. In addition to their degrees, Marco obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2019.
