Tom Hicks is the Executive Director at Fiduchi Group, where they have been since 2021. With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Tom has developed a strong expertise in Employee Incentives, working with a diverse range of clients from multinational corporations to small private companies. They hold a FCCA qualification and have earned BSc (Hons) degrees in Applied Accounting and Psychology and Sociology from Oxford Brookes University. Tom’s solution-driven attitude, combined with a commitment to integrity and commerciality, allows them to deliver tailored services that meet clients' specific needs. Prior to their current role, Tom held various leadership positions in companies such as SANNE and Appleby.
