Madison Romano has held a variety of roles in the hospitality, recruiting, and food service industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Lead Coordinator at Sweet and Sassy Salon, Spa, and Celebrations. In 2010, they became a Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation. From 2012-2013, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at iSoftStone. In 2017, they took on the role of Front Desk Associate at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, where they were responsible for checking guests in and out, acting as a phone operator, and resolving any complaints. In 2018, they were promoted to Loyalty Supervisor at Omni William Penn Hotel, where they managed all aspects of the Omni Select Guest rewards program and successfully raised the monthly percentage of enrollment to the program from 7% to 21%. In 2020, they joined FIDx as an Associate Product Owner and QA Analyst.
Madison Romano attended Northampton Community College from 2010 to 2011, studying General Studies. From 2011 to 2015, they studied Economics and International Business at Duquesne University. In 2013, they attended University College Dublin to study Business/Managerial Economics. Finally, they graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
