Tom Sipp

Tom Sipp serves as the Executive Vice President at Victory Capital since April 2025 and holds multiple board member positions at various companies, including Magis Capital Partners, FIDx, Advisor Credit Exchange, Trucendent, and Healthpilot Technologies. Previously, Tom was the Envestnet Executive Vice President from April 2021 to April 2025 and Chief Financial Officer at Sculptor Capital Management from May 2018 to January 2021. Additional experience includes significant roles at Credit Suisse from 2009 to 2017, where Tom was Global COO for the Wealth and Asset Management Division and COO & CFO of Credit Suisse Asset Management, as well as serving as COO of Institutional Investments at Fidelity Investments from 2006 to 2009. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and completed undergraduate studies at Alfred University, in addition to a brief study at Macquarie University.
