We do this by making a positive difference in the lives of our people, our clients, and our society. Our core values guide our day-to-day actions and make FIECON a great place to work: * Learn, Grow, and Flourish Together * Deliver Results and Delight Clients * Improve Lives and Build a Better World Our ultimate aspiration is to set the bar for how workplaces operate, and by 2030 we aim to achieve a number of goals: We want to test the hypothesis that you can maintain a great culture as you grow, achieving external certification through the Great Place to Work award. We want to show that we have affected millions of lives – 100M in fact – which we can quantify based on the drugs we take to market each year.
